Wild Being: A Space to Slow Down and Come Home to Yourself

Life can feel overwhelming. Some days, it can feel as if your mind is constantly racing with things to think about, remember, plan, and organise. We live in a world where it’s easy to feel disconnected - from your body, from each other, and from the beautiful world around you. It can leave you scrolling, searching, and consuming in an attempt to fill a space that often feels hollow.

Wild Being was born from a quiet but powerful need that many of us carry deep inside: the need to take time for yourself, to pause, breathe, and reconnect. It’s a warm, 90 minute relaxed small group that will meet one Sunday each month—offering you the time and space to slow down, tune in, and deeply reconne

ct with yourself, with nature, and with those around you.

Each month, the session includes:
  • Grounding practices to help you feel more centered and present.
  • A nature-based activity that changes each month, designed to help you connect with the natural world in a meaningful way.
  • Time to talk and connect with each other
  • We’ll finish with a beautiful relaxation, giving you time to unwind, recharge, and feel more at ease.
This is for you if:
  • Your mind feels cluttered and your life feels too fast.
  • You crave peace, depth, and real connection.
  • You feel alone, even when you’re surrounded by people, and disconnected from the world around you.

If you're craving more headspace, more grounding, and more connection, Wild Being is here for you.
