My practice uses an integrative approach: I believe in the uniqueness of each individual and that different approaches may work at different times. I will help you gain insight into the thoughts, emotions and experiences that might impact how you live your life.  Whatever approach we choose, compassion is always at the centre of my practice.

I seek to provide a trusting and meaningful relationship, creating a safe and gentle space which is yours. I believe in the power of healing and growth which the therapeutic relationship can provide; in not judging, criticising or offering advice but instead through allowing space to feel heard and to express and acknowledge the feelings and difficulties life can bring. My practice is collaborative, working at your pace and towards your goals.
