My approach is based on a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy framework, deeply integrating compassion-focused values and practices. Together we explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviours and what is underlying them, before challenging those which are no longer serving you, helping you to make positive changes to become more equipped moving forward.

I seek to provide a trusting and meaningful relationship, creating a safe and gentle space which is yours. I believe in the power of healing and growth which the therapeutic relationship can provide; in not judging, criticising or offering advice but instead through allowing space to feel heard and to express and acknowledge the feelings and difficulties life can bring.
