Hello and welcome

I’m Jill, a COSCA and BACP registered counsellor working in Dunbar and Berwick-upon-Tweed. 

I support women who are fed up feeling frustrated, stuck, and held back from living the life that they truly want to live.

Through a blend of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Nature Therapy, I guide you to:
  • Move through feelings of uncertainty and stuckness by getting clear on what you truly want
  • Fully own and express yourself by letting go of the need to conform to external expectations
  • Shift deep rooted core beliefs so that you feel worthy of everything life has to offer
  • Curate a deeper connection and sense of belonging to the natural world around you, feel more embodied and grounded
  • Feel empowered to ask for more from life—and feel clear and confident in how to make it happen
  • Find flow, presence and peace in an increasingly noisy world
  • Build a strong sense of self—grounded in your voice, your values, and your inner wisdom
  • Let go of people-pleasing, set healthy boundaries, and feel at ease asserting your needs without guilt
